Acceptance of lots between 8:30 am – 10:00am
Viewing of auction lots between 10:00am and 11:00am on the day of the sale.
Auction commences 11:00am

If you intend to bid at the Bee and Equipment auction, you must register for a ‘bidder number’. You can do this on-line or by visiting the auction desk at the auction

All equipment for sale MUST be registered before the day.
Any bees for sale MUST be registered by April 11th.

We need a team of volunteer stewards to ensure that the auction runs smoothly. Tasks on the day include receiving lots from sellers, checking and labelling, releasing lots to buyers once paid for, traffic control, crowd control!
