Auction Entry Form

Lots to be delivered to the Auction site on the day between 8:30am and 10:00am

Auction commences at 11:00am

Entry is free of charge if received on or before 19th April 2025. Entries after this date will incur a late entry charge of £1 per lot payable on the day.

Whilst the organisers take every care to ensure security at the sale, they do not accept any liability for goods deposited for sale, either, before, during or after the sale and are not liable for any theft, loss or damage to goods deposited for sale.

Sellers premium of 5% of the hammer price is charged for entries received by 19th April 2025 and 10% for entries received after this date. So send it in early to maximise your income! NEW for 2025: There is a minimum selling price of £2 for any lot.

Entries of ‘bees for sale’ MUST be submitted by 12th April 2025. Late entries of bees for sale will NOT be accepted.

Please fill in the following information making your lot description unambiguous. For example ‘National nucleus’ could mean either a 5 frame nuc of bees, or an empty nucleus box! . Please enter each lot as a separate item.

You can enter as many lots as you wish into the Auction by using the ‘Add Item’ button for each lot.
